Business
Development Positions available throughout the US in such fields as
Real Estate, Heating & Cooling
Services,
Business Services and Analytics, Home Repair/Remodel & Advertising/Marketing. These are true sales positions and
compensation is based on commissions-not salary. However, each
successful candidate is entitled to the same benefits our
salaried employees enjoy after their trial period, provided they
consistently meet their sales targets and expectations.
To work in Business Development as a Sales Rep or Account Mgr you must possess the following: |
- Proven Account Management skills required
in order to create, maintain and enhance customer
relationships.
- Minimum 3 years of Account/Sales
management experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft
Office.
- A good understanding of what it takes to
maintain and develop the most productive client
relationships. Must be comfortable working towards defined
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Must be able to quickly understand the
client, their products and their industry.
- Beyond an initial training period must be
able to describe the elements required to produce an
effective campaign. Experience in managing project’s
campaigns, coordinating team members, developing timetables
and setting deadlines in order to achieve client objectives.
- Ability to lead a project using own
initiative and working as part of a team.

- Ability to create and maintain accurate /
accessible and organized documentation.
- Ability to effectively communicate daily
campaign performance by producing all necessary reports in
an effective, timely and tailored manner.
- Ability to present campaign results and
strategy at senior management level, whilst considering the
variety of knowledge levels within the audience.
- Ability to identify and convert new
business opportunities.
- Excellent report-writing, analytical and
project management skills, Excellent communication skills.
- Strong listening and questioning skills.
- Ability to effectively manage customer &
staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure
promises are kept and manage expectations.
- Ability to analyze results, identify and
explain any variance from targets.
- Ability to use email, Internet
applications, MS Windows operating systems and tracking tools
to support their role.
- Ability to apply numerical skills to
analyze data, interpreting facts and figures presented in
the form of statistical tables and diagrams, thinking
critically and checking for errors.
